SHARE Iowa hopes to increase public engagement with nonprofit community
The Community Foundation for Western Iowa celebrated the launch of its new SHARE Iowa program on September 13th with a ribbon cutting ceremony at Iowa Western Community College.
SHARE Iowa is an initiative, modeled after SHARE Omaha, designed to connect Iowans to nonprofit organizations through charitable donations, in-kind gifts and volunteerism.

Hailing from South Omaha, Spare Change is a talented assembly of misfits covering the music that influenced their childhood. They can play many genres, but focus primarily on an array of timeless Rock & Pop songs by artists ranging from Led Zeppelin to Bruno Mars. Spare Change promises to put on a high energy show, tailored to the crowd, that will make people want to dance or bang their head!
